Verify once.
Trust everywhere.
WeVerify's reusable identity lets a verified user present their cryptographic identity proof across multiple services, sessions, and organisations, without re-verifying each time. The original NFC + biometric verification is done once. The proof is reused. No personal data is stored between uses.
How reusable identity works
One verification. Many services. Zero re-friction.
Initial verification
The user completes a full NFC + biometric identity verification once. A verified identity proof is issued, cryptographically tied to their passport chip and biometric.
Proof stored on device
The verified identity proof is held on the user's device, not in a WeVerify database. No raw biometric is retained anywhere. The user controls their own proof.
Presentation on demand
When a service requires identity verification, the user presents their proof. WeVerify validates the proof cryptographically in real time. The whole exchange takes seconds.
Cross-service portability
The same proof can be presented to any WeVerify-connected service, banks, government portals, telcos, or legal platforms. No new KYC process required per service.
Selective disclosure
The user can choose what information to share with each service, only what is needed. A government portal might need full identity. An age-gated platform only needs the over-18 confirmation.
Privacy preserved
WeVerify does not know which services a user presents their proof to. Each presentation is a direct cryptographic exchange between the user's device and the requesting service.
